Chapter 38 weekly net info:

On Saturday December 16, 2017, we will have our annual Christmas party at QCWA. It is requested that all bring a wrapped gift to exchange. The gift can be anything from five dollars and up. It could be an item of extreme value or something that we have as surplus and simply want to give away. Remember, if someone gets a gift that you would like, then you can get it and that person gets to choose again. A gift can exchange ownership three times.

You purchase your own lunch but the club will furnish the dessert.

This event will take place at the above date at 12:00 p.m. at Sea Island located on Bandera Road just inside Loop 1604. Many people arrive after 11:00 a.m. to order their meals and engage in friendly conversation.

This meeting is quite important since the attendance has gone down lately. Our members have gotten older and nobody wants to assume any officer responsibilities. At this meeting the membership will decide if the club continues or the club gets terminated.

Below are some pictures from the Christmas Party and Chinese auction that we hold each year. A good time was had by all!
